My order was shipped to an address in the wrong state and considered fulfilled. Tried contacting customer service multiple times via email and phone with no response. Ultimately filed with my banking institution to remove the charge. Would strongly not recommend doing business with BeHigh. Would give 0 stars if able.

I have not rated this five stars as was expecting the metal to be a little bit heavier.

Sadly Disappointed

I ordered the Hawaiian style shirt and I paid the extra price for the design... I was sadly disappointed when I received the polo shirt. Positive about the personalization being professionally added, the shirt fit to size, and the shipping was quick. Not pleased that I did email the customer service department immediately, but they have not responded within 2 weeks to resolve this matter.

Malibu Boat Metal Wall Art

I ordered this sign and it did not come with the print "Malibu" on the sign. There was a customization section and it asked if you don't want any customization to write the word "blank," so I did. The sign came with the boat and no words printed at all!!! I wanted the sign as advertised... with the words Malibu written on it!!! I tried contacting customer service and they just said "look at my order." They were not willing to help in any way. I asked follow up questions and they never responded back. The photos attached show the different options. I did not order the one with the extra bottom text. I ordered the one with the word Malibu on it and requested no extra customization.

Digital Low Quality Sweater

Do not buy this sweater. The image is not accurate to what you will receive at all. It’s simply a digital image printed onto fabric. Not worth the price I paid at al. And they don’t allow returns or refunds for this reason. Incredibly disappointing. The only other review is probably fabricated.

This company sucks bad customer service

I wasn’t receiving my products after paying express shipping even it took longer then 5-7 be
Isomers days so express sucks!!! I have emailed several times and also tried calling number on page (witch doesn’t work btw) want to return my order cause don’t need them no bit no return label any where again tried to email to get returned and call and NO LUCK!!! I would say don’t buy from them I’m still fighting to get ahold of someone to return these.
